Truffles

At 13 years old, Truffles has found his way to GRRSN, where he’ll receive all the love, comfort and care he deserves.

Truffles came to us as an owner surrender and was in rough shape when he arrived. He was dirty, had overgrown nails, sores on his skin, and was struggling with mobility issues. After a much needed bath and a full veterinary exam, we discovered this big, sweet boy weighs 101 pounds and has arthritis and neurological deficits affecting his legs. He is now receiving pain management and treatment to help keep him comfortable.

Despite his challenges, Truffles is a gentle, loving senior who enjoys a quiet lifestyle. He gets along well with other dogs, especially calm companions, is well mannered in the home and loves having a soft place to relax.

Because of his age and medical needs, Truffles will remain a Forever Foster with GRRSN. Our promise to him is simple: the best medical care, a comfortable home and all the love he can soak up during his golden years.
