CRUELTY! Dog dies in LV Heat!

Mark Manendo shared the following link and had this to say about it:
DA promised to prosecute. We plan to hold him to his word. Demand Justice for this poor dog. Neighbor called animal control numerous times and by the time they showed up dog was dead. Please contact the DA and demand JUSTICE on case # A-13-039196 which occurred on Crystal Run Lane.

Animal control responded they were overwhelmed with emergency calls. Had they shown up or Metro gotten involved this dog could’ve been saved. This is not acceptable. We request a review of procedures.

In case you forgot what the DA said: ““It is important that people understand leaving an animal in a parked car, or outside without shade and water, can be fatal for the animal,” Wolfson said. “For those who choose to ignore this message, my office is prepared to prosecute them for their crimes.” http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/las-vegas/district-attorney-take-care-your-pets-or-face-consequences

Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson is making a point to prosecute individuals who leave their pets in vehicles unattended or in yards without shade or water during the hot summer months.
