Back in January 2013, we had decided to ‘foster’ a Golden. We have a six year old Golden and thought we could help another temporarily (how many times have you heard that). While we were out one evening, a call came in to us. When I returned the call the next morning, the dog had been placed. The background on her made me think we would have loved to help her. A few days later a call came in regarding a foster that was not working out, would we be interested……long story short my friend and I met with the other foster parents and brought “Daisy ” home. Ironically, the earlier ‘ foster call’ turned out to be for Daisy. Daisy is just supposed to be with us.
