Mya

Mya is a beautiful 6 year old Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. At just 57 pounds, she’s a petite girl who is proving that some of the sweetest dogs come in the softest packages.

From the moment Mya arrived in foster care, she showed everyone what a special girl she is. She rode wonderfully in the car and, while a little unsure at first, quickly relaxed and made herself at home. Within just a few hours, her foster family was already smitten. After enjoying some treats, Mya happily curled up for a long nap, grateful for a quiet place to rest and recharge.

Mya is house trained and already knows a few basic commands, including sit and paw. She has excellent manners, loves gentle attention and even surprised her foster family with some playful zoomies after her nap. Watching her joyful side emerge has been a delight for her foster family.

Mya is looking forward to a well deserved spa day, where her beautiful coat will get the pampering it deserves. We have no doubt that once she’s feeling her best, Mya’s outer beauty will perfectly match the beautiful spirit she has already shown everyone around her
