This handsome 3-year-old Golden Retriever is ready for a fresh start! Scotch is a sweet and eager-to-please boy who just wants love and consistency.

Scotch spent most of his time in the backyard and nights in a crate, so he’s still learning what it means to be part of a family. He may flinch a little when touched, likely due to past experiences, but once he trusts you, he’s incredibly affectionate—especially if you have treats!

He’s house-trained, knows his basic commands, and is a pro at giving paw!  He also walks well on a leash and gets along great with other dogs and even cats. With patience, structure, and plenty of love, Scotch will blossom into the loyal companion he’s meant to be.
