Augie’s 19th Birthday
When we got Miss Augie, she was a happy, active 14-year-old! Today she is a happy, bright 19-year-old! Who knew we’d be celebrating her 19th birthday?! She begins every morning with a routine of kicking and rolling, making “roo-roos” and a good stretch and shake. Got to loosen up them old bones!
I get asked all the time what the secret is to get her to such an age — no secret, she was born with good genes! Except for her age, Augie hasn’t changed much…she’s slower, has a few more lumps and bumps, but she is still the same love bug she has always been!
