Coming Soon…Mack and Penny!
Owner surrender, reason– no time for them since having three children in three years.
Five-year old litter mates Penny/spayed and Max/neutered (renamed “Mack” ) come to us from St. George Utah.
Sadly they have lived their entire life in a back yard. I cut away huge mats from behind Mack’s ears, there was one fox tail embedded (and dead bugs. So gross, I pulled it out and I think it all came out. I’ll have the vet check it out. And both have fox tail between their toes and pads. I’m not sure if they can be removed with out sedating them. We go to the vet before the groomer so I’ll know more then.
Both need vaccines, rabies and a microchip.
Penny is a sweet, yet somewhat shy girl, and petite as Golden girl go (at least compared to the ones we’ve taken in lately). While Mack is stressing over getting attention, Penny is sitting nicely off to the side behaving herself!
Mack is very needy, he pants and paces and whimpers looking for anyone who will pet him. He’s awfully sweet, but is also bold. He is dominate of the two, but not an alpha. Mack follows his sister in on size, he’s barley medium for a male. His teeth are nasty; molars are crusted and dark brown almost black.
Yes, they are pretty bonded but should do OK separated. Ive only had them a few hours. Stay tuned for updates.
They are finally sound asleep. shhhhh!
