Dog Walking Etiquite – What Not To Do

Ah these retractable leashes really are a pet peav of mine.  In fact just a couple of weeks ago while walking a clients two dogs, out comes the neighbor with her two dogs on retractable leashes.  for some reason these four dogs are arch enemies and to make a long story short, one of the retractable leash whipped out of the neighbors hand and a full charge was on!  The only thing that stopped the dog fight between these three was a car tire.  Yes the string on the leash got stuck on the tire of a parked car.
